A Workshop on Improving Your Mental Health

Looking on the bright side is often easier said than done.

Yet, the “simple” act of expressing gratitude has been proven to increase your general wellbeing, significantly lower your stress levels and help you weather any storm. It can even improve your relationships at home and at work and bring hope in the face of adversity.

Whereas gratitude is not a magic pill that can fix everything, learning to tap into our ability to focus on what is good in our life, despite any circumstances, is a skill worth developing.

One way of helping employees cope with uncertainty, is building a positive workplace culture. If done right, leading with gratitude can offset a lot of the negativity, motivate people to give their best and increase engagement, retention and wellbeing.
