I believe that preparation is the key to success, so not only do I research the speakers and the topic, but I also help the guests to uncover the most impactful parts of their stories. Together we will come with a clear plan on what and when, so that our panellists can confidently share their message, and our audience can leave inspired and equipped with actionable insights.
In all my panels, I strive to create a supportive and inclusive environment, ensuring that all voices are heard. Because of my curiosity and empathy, I often ask the questions that are on everyone’s mind and offer appropriate assistance, helping to guide the conversations towards meaningful insights and solutions.
